ONSITE SCANNING - Allow one of our knowledgeable staff members to come to your office and assist with scanning documents into your EMR/EHR. We can scan the entire chart or a selection of documents. We can “route” or “index” the documents into the appropriate tabs of your electronic record. We can use your equipment or in some cases will bring our own. Allowing us to assist with your EMR conversion will save your staff time and will save you money. Putting off this task can mean the difference between LIFE AND DEATH. It is imperative that before, during, and post transition you have a plan in place to keep this process streamlined. We can help!
OFFSITE SCANNING - Allow one of our staff to pick up boxes of charts and bring them to our secure office. We can then scan the charts according to your needs. We can scan all documents in chronological order into a pdf, tif or any other image file. We can scan directly into your EMR/EHR if given access. Once scanned, all documents are placed back in the chart, the chart is marked as scanned, and returned to your facility or arrangements can be made to have the charts destroyed or sent off to a third-party storage facility. Allowing us to assist with converting your existing documents into electronic format will free up space in your office, allowing you to generate more revenue.
EMR IMPLEMENTATION - Allow one of our staff members to assist with all aspects of EMR implementation. We are familiar with and have worked with numerous EMRs. We know the pros and cons, and we know what the EMR sales people do not tell you. We can help you assess the best needs for your office and the staff members who will be using the system the most.
TRADITIONAL OR EMR-BASED TRANSCRIPTION - We have been in the transcription business for over 20 years. We have been through numerous technology changes. Most providers continue to find that the easiest way to document a patient's visit is through traditional dictation. We can create word documents that can be sent directly to your local PC or we can transcribe dictation directly into specific fields within your EMR. We also can be used for your occasional transcripton needs, including thank you letters to colleagues.
ABSTRACTION - Allow one of our knowledgeable staff members to come in and assist getting the very pertinent information from your existing chart into your electronic chart. This can include basic demographic and insurance information, as well as creating a facesheet with all of the patient’s MEANINGFULE USE information, including medications, allergies, past medical and surgical history, family history, and any other information you request. Allowing us to enter this information into the facesheet of your EMR allows your providers to adequately use the EMR without having the need to constantly refer to the prior chart for information.
MEDICAL RECORDS ASSISTANCE - Allow one of our knowledgeable staff members to come in and assist with various needs throughout your office, from front desk support, administrator support, and/or medical records support. We do understand there are times when offices are going through conversions and may just need extra help on a temporary basis. Allow us to help without having to hire another employee.
